With tenants moving in just weeks before, the Grand Opening of the Kaufmann Apartments at Step Up on Colorado, marked homelessness ended for 32 individuals experiencing mental health issues. RECOVERY IS POSSIBLE! Dignitaries at the event included officials from the City of Santa Monica, the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee, and the County of Los Angeles.
