Homeless outreach to unsheltered persons residing within Beverly Hills city limits.

DHS ICM 

Department of Health Services, Intensive Case Management provides housing placement and life skills services to chronically homeless high utilizers of County hospitals/services.

HOPe MIT (Multi Interdisciplinary Team)

Focusing on populations experiencing chronic homeless with mental health and co-occurring disorders, to provide housing first in SA 4 (except Skid Row) with a focus on Hollywood and West Hollywood.

Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH)

 

Homeless Services

Some 40% of members of Step Up struggle with homelessness. Step Up offers services to assist individuals who are homeless because of the affects of a mental health issue including:

  • housing assistance
  • laundry facilities
  • shower facilities
  • mail pickup

The sum of Step Up’s comprehensive services equals the vitally important experience of being cared about and accepted, of finding community and inclusion.
